Tasting Set Includes Vasse Felix Filius Cabernet Sauvignon Dark maroon and black cherry. Intense blackcurrant and black cherry fruit, with complimentary coffee and chocolate aromas.

These are earthy hints of sage, bay leaf, mushroom, truffle, and venison. Juicy and fine up front with dark cherry succulence and a savory dark chocolate sensation, akin to black forest cake. Vibrant fruit is carried with the bright acidity and attractive tannins building to the dry finish with lingering perfume remaining. Schug Sonoma Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

This supple and generous Cabernet Sauvignon blend is crafted in the classic Bordeaux style that Walter Schug pioneered in the 1970s as winemaster of Joseph Phelps Vineyards. Fine tannins and a touch of spicy oak frame a ripe mouthful of currant and cherry flavors. It has a classic bouquet bursting with berries, cassis, and spice. Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot blend in to add depth and elegance, enhancing the bright berry flavors and lively acidity.

DAOU Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Blackberry, cassis, plum, and currant aromas greet the nose, surrounded by black olives, anise, leather, and cigar box. Graphite and crushed stone notes mingle with just a hint of cool mint. Robust and full-bodied, an undercurrent of restrained power is palpable just below the surface at the core of this wine.
